Why Maddie?
Some performers do tricks. Maddie does magic.
There's a difference. A trick is technique. Magic is connection—the moment a child's eyes go wide because something impossible just happened in front of them. That moment, that gasp, that belief in wonder? That's what Maddie has been chasing for 32 years.
Maddie started performing at children's parties in 1994, when magic was being replaced by screens and wonder was becoming rare. The mission was simple: bring it back. Not with tired card tricks or predictable illusions, but with theatrical presence, genuine connection, and the kind of craft that makes parents lean in because they're mesmerised too.
Three decades later, Maddie is still doing exactly that.
